I offer team coaching with the end goal of building a High-Performance Team (HPT) and guiding the team through the Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning phases by building psychological safety and avoiding common pitfalls.

04 — ESG & Sustainability

I greatly enjoy working with sustainability dilemmas and ESG in investments and on how to find and communicate the Purpose or Why. This includes defining a sustainability strategy and conducting ESG analysis of client company footprint or its ESG due diligence of investments. Frederik has previously been Director of ESG at a top 10 EU life and pension fund (AuM 90 bn EUR) and was one of the architects behind a leading green sustainable pension product.
